D2Football.com Announces 2024 Content Team

D2Football.com is pleased to introduce our content team for the 2024 season.

Prior to kickoff of the 2024 college football season, we would like to formally introduce our team. We wish we could say we have columnits or podcasters for all 15 conferences, but this year, more than any other, it was very difficult to recruit and prepare new team members. However, we have a very experienced and passionate team that is eager to get this season started. Meet the crew...
D2Football veteran Kris Ferguson returns as a panelist on Inside D2Football and the weekly columnist for the CIAA. You can also find Kris as a frequent contributor at HBCU Gameday.
Fresh off the first national championship in conference history, the GAC will continue to receive outstanding coverage from conference insider Luke McConnell.
Craig Fenn took over Lone Star Conference coverage in 2022 and will be back for a third season. Craig’s national perspective also earned him a spot as a voter in the D2Foootball.com Top 25 poll this season.
The GSC will be covered by Cory Guinn who begins his fourth season with D2 Football and third season writing the GSC column.
Ryan Gladwin brought his passion for SAC football to the audience last year and delivered a fantastic rookie season. We are thrilled to have him back this fall.
Cary Moyer is on board for this third season writing for the PSAC. You can also look for Cary’s collaboration with Chuck Bitner for  super region one playoff specials in November.
RMAC specialist and former player Antonio Clark is back for his sophomore season with D2Football. His column will turn into a podcast this year with the voice of the Colorado Mines Orediggers Miles Dunklin co-hosting.
NSIC fans will have Matt Witwicki behind the mic for NSIC Weekly again this year, with Tom Frederick hosting. You can also hear Tom every Saturday as the radio voice of the University of Sioux Falls Cougars. Witt will pivot to the host’s chair for a new incarnation of MIAA Weekly. Maryville Forum Sports Editor Jon Dykstra will provide insight and commentary each week as an MIAA expert.
As if you haven’t seen enough of Witt already (and you definitely have) he will also appear on our newest venture, GLIAC Weekly, as a part-time host and facilitator for veteran columnist Tony Nicolette. You may also see Chuck Bitner or Justin Polizzi drop in as substitute hosts occasionally.
For national coverage…As many of you know, due to Brandon Misener’s absence, Chuck Bitner has absorbed many of the duties for the day to day operation of the website, while Matt Witwicki has led our efforts for organizing and developing content. The national preview column will change. Look for Chuck’s weekly preview to be in podcast format with Justin Polizzi hosting and providing coaching insights and perspective. Chuck still plans to do the weekly roundup column on Sunday mornings. Justin will contribute episodes of the Coach Po Show, featuring conversations with D2 coaches.
Last but most importantly, our flagship program Inside D2Football will continue to air on Sunday nights at 8pm, eastern. Follow us on the socials for the links and subscribe to the YouTube channel to be alerted for new episodes of all our podcasts and programs.
