The Wingate University Bulldogs picked up another huge conference road victory Saturday afternoon, prevailing 14-10 at Lenoir-Rhyne University in South Atlantic Conference football action. Wingate wins its fifth straight, improving to 7-1 overall and 4-1 in the SAC. The Bears fall to 7-2 overall and 5-2 in league play. The 'Dogs have won three straight in the series with LR, winning their second straight game in Hickory. It is the second victory over a top-20 opponent this year, adding it to the 21-7 win over #17 Delta State.
